Local residents unanimously oppose traffic schemes

Croydon Council announced plans to push ahead with ANPR schemes in the Albert Road and Holmesdale Road areas in South Norwood.

Albert Rd area = 69% - 79% opposed. 
Holmesdale Rd area = 71 % - 84% opposed. 

Residents again ignored in favour of small group of divisive & well connected pro “LTN” campaigners.
